Home Remedies To Eliminate Sagging Skin

Is your skin beginning to give signs of wrinkles and fine lines? Are you eager to gain back your youthfulness no matter your sagging skin condition? Then you should read and reread this short content as it will shape your life forever.

First let me explain some causes of sagging skin

Aging is one of the causes of sagging skin. As we age, the production of elastin and collagen fibers in the dermis slow down. What that means is that your skin loses the ability to return to its original position when stretched. That way, some print of fine lines and wrinkles begin to emanate. And some expressions like laughing, wrinkling, frowning, and others begin to leave their marks too, which are called “expression lines.”

Others are excess sunlight exposure, addictions like smoking and excess alcohol intake, and toxin exposure. When you expose your skin to these factors, overtime expression lines, crow’s feet, wrinkles, furrows, fine lines, and wrinkles start forming from your chin, nose, neck, and arm to the rest of your body.

That being said, let’s take a look at some home remedies that will help tighten your skin. Before that I must warn you that home remedies require patience and dedication. They are not quick to work, but when they start working the results are painless and effective. So, let’s get started:

Procedure and Application

Honey and Egg White

Honey and egg white are packed with skin-lifting nutrients you don’t want to miss. They are rich in protein albumin (the bulk of our skin is made up of dead keratin which is a form of protein), antioxidants, vitamins, and more. Together they improve skin’s elasticity and flush out accumulated toxins.

Mix the two together and splatter it all over your face, chest, and neck. Rinse it after 20 minutes with tepid water. Use this mixture once a week to firm your skin effectively.

Coffee Scrub

If you’re like me, I enjoy a cup of coffee early in the morning. As we enjoy the cup of coffee, we should also set aside some part for our skin. You already know that coffee is an integral ingredient in DIY Cellulite Scrub. Coffee can also be used to slow down signs of aging. When you combine coffee with the below ingredients, it will get rid of fat deposits and sagging skin.

Procedure and Application

Mix everything. Using your fingertips, rub your scrub in a circular motion on your chest, neck, and face for 5 minutes. Wait for another 5 minutes before rinsing with tepid water. For best result, apply this scrub at night, once every week.

Aloe Vera Mask

Aloe vera is readily available around us. It contains malic acid, which improves your skin’s elasticity. You can rub aloe vera on your face before you sleep or combine it as a facial mask

Procedure and Application

  • 1 Tablespoon Aloe vera Gel
  • 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise (or Sour Cream)
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

Mix and apply to your face, chest, and neck area. Wait for 10 minutes before you rinse with tepid water. Pat your face dry with a towel.

Banana

Banana contains vitamins A, B, C, and D, magnesium, potassium, iron, and zinc. All these nutrients combine to enhance your skin and eliminate sagging skin.

Procedure and Application

Combine the ingredients. Apply it to your face for 10 minutes before rinsing off with tepid water. This also makes your skin smooth.

Cucumber

Cucumber can work on saggy skin, transforming it into glowing, smooth, and beautiful looking skin. Cucumber is considered a natural toner, giving strength to tired skin by improving collagen production.

You can either rub cucumber slice all over your face and rinse it off after 10 minutes or extract the juice by slicing the cucumber into pieces before straining out the juice. Apply the juice to your face, rinse with warm water, and pat dry with a towel.

Sagging Skin Final Note

Now that you know some ingredients you can use for your sagging skin. Remember what I told you, be patient with these DIYs. Soonest, you’ll come to appreciate your skin. Lastly, use sunscreen before walking under the sun and eat healthily.
